What we do and how it works

Put simply, we can manage the the whole process for you.

We will:

q	Help you establish your business, club / organisation, or community on the internet.

q	Establish blind email addresses for key officers of your organistion and redirect these to their personal email address. Examples include, Peter@thetennisclub.net, clerk@theparishcouncil.org

q	Receive and group customers or ‘members’ email addresses, for circulation of your mails

q	Receive an agreed subject mail for onward transmission to your ‘members’ within 12 hours

q	Check out with your local Constabulary to see if they are prepared to issue Neighbourhood Watch notifications electronically.

What are your responsibilities?

Few, just decide who is to instruct us to issue the ‘mail to your group, or alternatively let us know what type of mail can / should not be circulated.

Advertise the service locally and invite them to benefit by accessing your own web site
