OK, so you are now the proud owner of yourname.net and you have an empty filing cabinet called www.yourname.net. How do you go about publishing material?
The first step is to get someone to understand what you want to say, include on your site, and design your layout. S/He might be a local enthusiast or a paid consultant. Either way they will need the build software and capability to upload and publish your material. That comes at a cost. Even if you use a volunteer, a good quality fully functional software licence needed to build and publish to the net will cost c. £150 p.a.
The next step is to find someone willing and competent, not only to handle the technical aspect of site maintenance, but also to administer your site continuously. Good administration will keep your site visually attractive & well organised as new pages, photographs, enrolment forms, questionnaires etc. are added. Change management, upload times and dependability are also important. No use in looking to broadcast a new price list, Parish Meeting or fund raising event if your webmaster is away on holiday, and unable to publish the page!

Some web-site management companies charge £150 per month to fully manage a remote 5 page site. Clearly for small organisations fees at this level are untenable and uninviting. We recognise that and look to tailor services to your needs. Providing a range of options to meet the most demanding budgets we offer something in everyone’s price range.
We offer two, no quibble options
Option 1 – Our starter pack - Just £125 with no hidden costs
Option 1 is designed for those that want a relatively static site. You might include your organisations details, logo, contact points, programme of meetings, or a membership application form sent directly from your site to the Secretary. We will upload your material and publish up to a maximum of 5 pages within 2 business days of receipt of your finalised Emailed script and pictures. Subject to not exceeding your web space allowance, and providing there are no changes you pay no more, other than your annual site renewal fees. So for an inclusive price of £300 plus vat you are now up and running, telling the world who you are & what you do: Providing information and interest to attract new members or catch the attention of others.
By way of introduction to our services we include up to 10 fully serviced forwarding Email addresses, at no additional costs. A charge of £15 is made for each additional page published on your site, and just £5 for amendments.
Option 2 – A dynamic grow as you grow service
The best sites, most frequently visited are constantly refreshed with news, views and updates. New subject pages are added as demands and interest unfolds. From time to time you might wish to undertake a survey, change prices, add minutes, create a link to others, add more forwarding Email addresses … and a lot more.
This is where our strengths really come into play. Managing complex web sites; keeping content links up to date and relevant; introducing a dedicated Email service for such things as Neighbourhood Watch notices, hot planning news feedback pages and a lot more … is what we enjoy doing most.
